CatMatX Lab members Prof. Mirabbos Hojamberdiev, Dr. Krishnendu Roy, and DARA PhD Fellow Linh Truong participated in the SMART x CENSEMAT Summer School, held on 15-18 June 2026 at Sandbjerg Estate, Denmark. The Summer School focused on advanced experimental techniques for materials research, including neutron scattering, synchrotron radiation, and X-ray free-electron lasers (XFEL). Prof. Hojamberdiev also contributed to the scientific program with a lecture on catalysis. The program brought together students, early-career researchers, and experts to explore state-of-the-art characterization methods and their applications to functional materials. Participation in the Summer School provided the CatMatX Lab team with valuable insights into advanced large-scale characterization techniques relevant to the study of catalytic and energy materials.
